Accounting and Admin opportunity in a small office located in Anaheim. This position is in office 100%. Full-Time, Monday – Friday.
Job Duties include but not limited to data entry:
-Payroll
-Accounts Payable
-Accounts Receivables
Our ideal candidates:
Minimum 1year bookkeeping experience
Experienced with QuickBooks Desktop
Experienced with MS Excel spreadsheets
Proficient with MS Outlook and MS Word
Experience with ADP payroll
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional Work Ethic
