We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth financial management.
Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Manage general ledger entries and ensure accurate classification of expenses and income
Process and track vendor invoices, reimbursements, and credit card expenses
Reconcile bank accounts monthly to ensure data accuracy
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Communicate with vendors and internal staff to resolve billing or payment issues
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office 365
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Prior bookkeeping experience preferred
