We are looking for a customer service representative/retention rep that can provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
(no cold calling)
Responsibility's:
1.Incoming Calls: CSRs handle inbound phone calls from customers, addressing their questions about products and services. They serve as the first point of contact for any customer inquiries.
2.Assessing Customer Needs: CSRs assess customer needs. They listen actively, understand the issue, and provide accurate information or solutions.
3.Providing Service Information: CSRs offer information about products or services. Answer questions and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent Attendance
- Customer Service experience (Auto Warranty is a PLUS)
- Work full time (40hrs a week)
