Canyon RV Park is seeking a front desk customer service rep. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OR VISIT THE BUSINESS DIRECTLY. Reply by email. A Hospitality Reservation Associate is directly responsible for assisting guests and booking their reservations. This person responds to guest requests and assists all guests so they have the best stay possible while at Canyon RV Park.
Requirements: Must be able to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays per a rotating schedule. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and minimum of one year office experience, preferrable in the hospitality industry. Must have exceptional customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have basic computer skills; and must be able to prioritize work and balance multiple projects. Must be able to work standing up for extended periods of time.
