We are a window and door installation company looking for a reliable independent contractor phone operator.
This is not an employee position. You can work remotely and set your own schedule.
Compensation:
$20 per completed call
A call is considered completed only when the customer clearly requests a window or door measurement
Calls without this required information will not be counted
No guaranteed call volume
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls
Collect basic customer information
Confirm window/door measurement requests
Forward the information to us
Requirements:
Fluent in English (Chinese language ability preferred)
Clear communication skills
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor
