Casa de amma is looking for a Chef/Food Service Worker with some experience in cooking or working in the kitchen, who understands basic food safety practices. We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, organized & enjoys working as part of a team. We provide breakfast & dinner daily - 7 days a week for our 47 residents. This individual will be working with & under the supervision of our head Chef/Food Service Manager to prepare & cook meals according to our menus & food safety standards. Responsibilities also include supporting kitchen organization & cleanliness/dishwashing-sanitizing, assisting with grocery shopping & maintaining food inventory, & contributing to the overall flow of our daily food service program.
This is an hourly position; schedule will be Sunday - Thursday (11am - 7:30pm).
