Our dishwashers are the backbone of our kitchen operation and support our cooks and service staff in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. They must work well within a team and thrive in a busy environment while striving to make every guest feel at home.
Responsibilities:
Team Member responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Expertise in using and maintaining all dish station equipment
Load, run, and unload the dish machine
Keep the dish machine and sinks clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
Monitor dish machine and sink water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
Wash and store all kitchenware, baskets, and crates. Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies. Properly label, replenish, and store chemicals.
Use the proper chemicals for each job while maintaining safety for yourself and those around you.
Keep the dish room and storage clean and organized
Bag and haul dish room trash to the dumpster at designed times.
Mop floors.
Assist with food prep
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers
Follow all safety and state guidelines for preventing transmission of Covid-19 and other illnesses
PAY:
Competitive wages $17.00-$18.50/hour, plus tips; minimum starting

Work Context:
Working with hot foods and beverages
Walking and standing for long periods of time
Tasks will be performed using and in the proximity of coolers, stoves, and other hot equipment
The employee may frequently be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch for the duration of the shift (eight hours or longer)
The employee must frequently lift move and push up to 50 pounds without assistance
