We are seeking an experienced and dependable Busser to support our service team and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment for the Holiday Season (can stay on after the holidays if interested)
The ideal candidate has prior restaurant experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to anticipate both guest and server needs to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables between guests.
-Ensure the dining area, service stations, and floors remain clean and organized throughout service.
-Deliver water, bread, and other items to tables as needed.
-Refill beverages and assist with pre-bussing to maintain a tidy table setting.
-Support servers by running food orders, checking table settings, and restocking supplies.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in back-of-house service areas.
-Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards.
-Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
-Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
