COMPANY: OC's HOTTEST new Sandwich Shop is rapidly growing and we are developing a team that elevates the guest experience by offering amazing food, great customer interaction and consistency in order accuracy. We believe in internal development which means there is plenty of room for growth as the company expands. We currently have our locations on Melrose in the heart of Hollywood, a location in the famous Grand Central Market and now one in Bella Terra in Huntington Beach
POSITION: Ideally in search of a seasoned cashier with the ability to effectively and efficiently execute a flawless guest experience for customers with a fun, upbeat and amazing personality. We have an open kitchen which is fun for our guests, it's a great time to showcase your talents. Our kitchen is very interactive with the dining room which keeps people coming back.We do not use pre sliced meats, cheese or veggies so everything is prepared fresh, in-house, so this role demands the ability to execute accurately and consistently with unrivaled quality while maintaining a cool and calm disposition in front of customers as they have visibility to our kitchen. Duties will also include preparing meats, cheese, veggies and sauces. As well as helping ring up customers and inputting 3rd party orders into our POS system (Toast). This location does high volume throughout the week, weekends are especially busy and requires high energy and focus, the ability to multi-task and high levels of communication with co-workers and guests. Consistency and reliability are a non-negotiable as the team relies on everyone being on-time every shift.
COMPENSATION: Starting pay is $16.00/hr + TIPS. We operate on a pool system so all tips are added up weekly then dispersed. Tips average an extra $5/hr so you should confidently receive around $21+/hr once tips are added. You will also be on a bi-weekly pay schedule which allows you to receive a paycheck every other Friday,
SCHEDULE: We are looking to fill around 30+ hours a week in scheduling. Full time is available if you are able to execute as a top performer in your role
