Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken in Santa Ana is hiring a Kitchen Manager for immediate start. Must have at least 5 year of kitchen and management experience. Training and employment would begin immediately. Must have open availability.
Gus's team members must be self-motivated, hardworking and focused individuals. This is a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen that requires strong team members working together in a drama-free manner.
