We are a craft brewery in Anaheim, CA, looking for line cooks to join our new Food Trailer Kitchen team.
Primary responsibilities include:
Food preparation pre-shift
Stocking the trailer for service
Full knowledge menu items and preparation steps
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
Prepare menu items in line with preparation SOPs
Acting as a team player to ensure we are providing delicious food in a quick and timely manner
Able to mutitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Wash dishes after service and reset for the next day of service
Organize prep and inventory post-shift
Required Skills:
Strong kitchen knowledge.
1+ years experience as a line cook
Professional, warm and welcoming personal presentation.
A positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to act independently to solve problems as they occur.
Ability to work a flexible schedule
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit for extended periods of time; walk; kneel/crouch; smell; taste; lift 55+ pounds; maneuver 160+ pounds.
