MIXOLOGIST FOR THE DURBAN ROOM AT MOZAMBIQUE RESTAURANT
Mozambique’s Durban Room is looking for a talented mixologist to take over our intimate, speakeasy-style lounge. This is not your average bar shift — we’re searching for someone with true craft, charisma, and a following of guests who love the experience you create.
What We’re Looking For:
A mixologist with proven cocktail artistry
Someone who brings personality, presence, and a loyal following
Ability to create signature cocktails and seasonal menus
Strong hospitality instincts and a love for live music and speakeasy culture
Availability for weekend shifts, with potential Wednesday and Thursday shifts as needed
