west side costa mesa catering company is looking for pm dishwashers and prep cooks. ideal candidate can do both! we are not your typical restaurant and all of our catering is done offsite.
responsibilities
-washing, sanitizing and restocking all kitchen equipment and catering equipment
-daily + weekly cleaning duties
-unpacking catering vans
-basic food preparation
-van loading for events and drop offs
-end of day closing duties (sweep, mop, trash, etc).
