Regency San Juan Capistrano/Rick's Café is seeking cooks with a love for movies!
Qualifications:
-Cook food according to recipes
-Ensure Food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures
-Fast Pace Environment, Prepping/portioning during down times
-Clean Dishes during shift and at end of shift
-Clean Facilities & Equipment to Prepare for next day
-Adequate knowledge of our restaurant menu items
-Knowledge of the tools and equipment used in a kitchen
-Knowledge of foods and produce (being able to tell the difference between ingredients)
Requirements:
-Must have weekend and afternoon/evening availability. Only Part-time positions available
- previous experience is required
Require a California Food Handler's Certificate
-18 yrs +
