For male paralyzed (spinal cord injured ) in 50's AM and/or PM routine - Thursdays for now. Part time but not flexible .
Night 9 pm : Bowel routine for SCI , transfer to shower commode chair , roll over toilet, insert suppository, do digital stimulation every 20-25 minutes, be careful with hemorrhoids . Continue routine on toilet until empty (lasts about hour and half/two) transfer back to bed, range of motion and position him for the night in bed.
Need to be committed to job, no shows will not be good as totally dependent. Apply only if feel confident to be committed. May exchange days with other caregivers. To work as a team to make sure client is serviced for every shift 7 days a week 365 days a year. Only apply if want to be committed for many years as hard to train the routine to new staff. Training may be given by existing caregivers.
