RE: Medical Assistant Position in North Orange County—Dermatology & Student Externship Positions
Responsibilities
Telephone (schedule appointments, phone in prescriptions, etc.)
Computer (data entry, appointment scheduling, insurance)
Assist with patient care including office surgery
Sterile instrument prep/tray setup
Requirements
Medical assistant school or comparable work experience
Team player, friendly, good communication skills
Willing to cross train, learn both front and back office skills
Able to work 8-5 M-Th (32+ hrs, some Friday hours possible)
Experience preferred (especially dermatology experience); however we are willing to train the right individual!
Also, we are accepting student externs (unpaid) with the possibility of future full-time hire after successful completion of medical assistant school
Benefits
Pay will depend on experience (especially dermatology experience); negotiable
