Job Description - Prepare Treatment Rooms and Patients for Wound Care with Physical Therapist (PT) and Plastic Surgeon (MD) Transferring Patients, if Necessary, Coordinate Schedule and Documentation with PT Scribing Notes to Computer Format, Call in Prescriptions for MD, Follow up Phone Calls as Necessary, Sterilize Instruments, Inventory Supplies. Must have medical experience.
Position Available- Overlap hours with current Medical Assistant's & PT Aides in our Newport Beach Office open 7:00am-7:00pm. Currently We Have a part time Monday & Wednesday & Friday 1:00pm-7:00pm and Tuesday & Thursday 12:00pm - 7:00pm position open.
Qualification: High School Graduate,Licensed or License Eligible PTA, Medical Assistant Certification a Plus, Reliable, Pleasant Personality, Able to Function Well in a Fast Pace Busy Established Private Outpatient Wound Care and Physical Therapy Office. Computer and Scribe Abilities Proficient with Punctuation and Spell Check, Ability to learn to Identify Wound Dressings.
