MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BETWEEN PROPERTIES. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HOME MAINTENANCE AND HOUSE TURNS FOR NEW RESIDENTS. HVAC A PLUS. Mileage reimbursement each week. Weekly pay.
APARTMENT TECHNICIANS NEEDED
$21-23.00 DOE
Monday thru Friday.
These is a full time positions. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall.
Home Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Day to day may include grounds.
