- HVAC (including Chiller and Boiler) and Refrigeration maintenance, experience is required.
- Strong electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Respond to guest room calls as required.
- Complete any and all assigned Preventive Maintenance procedures.
- Adhere to hotel safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and be able to work flexible schedule.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull moderate amount of weight.
- Other duties as requested and assigned.
