Using hand or power tools, to install fixtures and hardware.
Installing and ensuring that all fixtures and hardware are functioning and work correctly.
Removing debris, rubble, and hazardous materials from job sites daily.
The ability to safely use hand and power tools.
The ability to work as part of a team.
The ability to stand for extended periods.
Good physical stamina.
Ability to lift and safely carry up to 50lb.

Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic Maintenance knowledge.
In addition to regular install job requirements basic labor work will be performed such as but not limited to job demolition, cleaning up other projects, moving materials from job to job and more.
