Multi-Trade Field Technician

Pay: $18 – $30 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary
The Multi-Trade Field Technician performs a wide range of skilled construction tasks on residential
and commercial job sites. This role requires versatility, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset,
with the ability to follow directions accurately, work with minimal supervision, and support efficient job
completion. Duties may include carpentry, installations, punch-list work, and general site support as
needed.
Responsibilities
Perform carpentry and finish work, including framing, trim, doors, windows, hardware,
cabinetry, and related installations
Install and adjust fixtures, appliances, and building components
Complete punch-list items such as drywall patching, sanding, texturing, and painting
Assist with basic plumbing tasks, including fixture installation, valves, drains, and minor leak
checks
Perform demolition, site cleanup, material handling, and general jobsite support as required
Accurately follow work orders, measurements, and instructions, working independently with
minimal supervision
Provide guidance or direction to helpers or crew members when assigned
Comply with all Cal/OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications Needed:
Candidates must be qualified in multiple construction trades and be willing and expected to perform
general labor tasks, including demolition, site cleanup, and other hands-on work required to complete
the job. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and
the physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders or scaffolds for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to varying job sites is required, along with a strong work ethic, punctuality, and
a professional, team-oriented attitude. This expectation applies regardless of skill level or trade.
