Custodian
Precision Material Management is hiring for a Part-time night-time custodian team
member:
Key Responsibilities
General cleaning
Daily floor care, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping
Dusting
Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing
Supply restrooms
Kitchen cleaning
Cleaning fixtures and furniture
Interior trash and recycling removal
Window cleaning, glass partitions, elevators, and mirrors
Additional tasks as necessary to ensure building is maintained at a high level of cleanliness.
Custodian Skills and qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to work well with others and have a positive attitude
Adhering to health and safety regulations
Lift and carry 25-50lbs, materials handled vary

Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Starting pay: $20.00
1 week of sick leave
Annual work boot stipend
Requirements
1-2 yrs previous custodial experience preferred
Livescan and DOJ Background Check
Able to lift 50 pounds
Must be at least 18 years old
