We’re a small electrical service company in Laguna Hills looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Warehouse Assistant to support the smooth operations of our shop and fleet.
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for organizing supplies and materials, managing inventory, preparing service vehicles, and supporting the smooth operation of our service team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize supplies, tools, and materials ensuring an orderly, accessible, and clean workspace
Assist with ordering supplies or materials and obtaining supplier pricing
Ensure service vehicles are clean, stocked, organized and ready for daily dispatch
Manage material/supply usage and maintain inventory
Photograph, list, and manage postings on online marketplaces (OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace)
Coordinate pickups or shipments for sold items
Assist with material runs and pick up as needed
Support office staff and technicians with miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer and phone skills for inventory tracking and online listings
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented attitude
Experience in electrical, construction, or warehouse environments is a plus!
