An Attorney Support Service in Santa Ana is seeking to fill a full time position in the Court department. Experience with and knowledge of court procedures is preferred.
Duties will include:
Filing legal documents to Santa Ana/local courts
Scanning filed documents to clients
Data entry
Answering phone calls
Corresponding with staff regarding job status
Updating clients
Skill requirements:
Be able to type 45+ wpm
Microsoft Office
Better than average knowledge of how to navigate a computer
