Compensation: Contract basis per matter
Independent Affiliate Attorney needed to assist a very busy sole practitioner office in all aspects
of estate planning, probates and conservatorships in various counties. Knowledge of Lexis Nexis or FORE helpful.
Experience with knowledge of probate and conservatorships court procedures necessary.
Responsibilities and duties will include direct client contact, client file management, drafting and
delivering estate planning documents and handling court appearances.
A local attorney to meet clients in our Mission Viejo and Carlsbad office helpful.
Remote work available.
Exceptional communication skills are necessary.
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
