A small law firm seeks an experienced paralegal or an experienced legal secretary. The individual must have the following:
1. minimum of 5 years experience as a paralegal/secretary working with a law firm handling real estate law, business litigation, and legal research.
2. must be proficient in drafting complaints, motions, discovery, and in assisting in trial preparation of cases.
3. must be a self-starter, energetic, reliable, and have interpersonal skills.
4. must be computer savvy.
5. must have excellent secretarial skills.
