Legal Assistant - Paralegal Collection Law
We are looking for a Legal Assistant with collection law experience.
Ideal person must have recent experience in collection law work, including preparation of demand letters to consumers, court hearing calendaring, preparation of civil complaints/lawsuits (with atty supervision), wage garnishments, bank levies, and abstracts. This posting is for a full-time and in-office position, working Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., medical/dental/vision/401(k) benefits available. Pay range is based upon experience but can range between $25 to $35 per hour.
Candidate must have excellent communication, writing, organizational, and time management skills. Must have experience working with Microsoft WORD, OUTLOOK, WORLDOX, COURTCALL, EXCEL, ESSENTIAL FORMS and ADOBE. Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work on their own, and perform multi-task assignments/duties under time restraints.
