Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate, creative, highly motivated, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and has 1-2 years of design experience minimum in a related field. Good writing/communication skills, the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, organized, detail-oriented, and the capacity to prioritize and self-manage are essential skills. Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Work from concept to completion on all online and print marketing materials
Design and layout brochures/flyers, product sheets, newsletters, banner ads, eblasts, web pages and trade show graphics and more
Accept creative direction and work in a team environment
Ensure consistent design standards are maintained
Other related duties as assigned
Your Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver
Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Web standards is a plus
Demonstrate strong graphic design skills with a compelling portfolio
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Team player with strong work ethic and sound leadership skills
