Eastridge is in partnership with a leading Aerospace company hiring Soldering workers to start working ASAP! We offer weekly pay and all positions would be on a 1st shift! This is a project-based position 5-8 weeks plus
Shift: 1st - 615am-245pm and may need to train on an 8 am to 430pm shift for about a week
Experience is required and IPC 620 cert. would be a PLUS!
Pay rate: $22 up to $27 depending on exp.
We are looking for a skilled Cable & Wiring Harness Solderer to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering and assembling wiring harnesses and connectors, ensuring high-quality standards are met for aerospace applications. You will work with detailed schematics and technical drawings, ensuring precision and reliability in all assemblies. IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification is a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand-soldering of cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and connectors to aerospace specifications
Assemble and inspect wire harnesses, ensuring proper solder joints and crimp connections
Read and interpret detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Conduct quality control checks and tests to ensure compliance with aerospace standards
Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to all safety and quality protocols
