We’re seeking a Lead CNC Machinist to join our milling department in a programmer/planner role. This is a key position with opportunity to grow and diversify as you become familiar with our processes, machines, and team.
You'll be expected to own your work—from planning and programming through machining and inspection—with support from a team that values collaboration, quality, and mutual respect.
What We're Looking For:
15+ years of machining experience (job shop preferred)
5+ years of CNC programming experience (milling preferred)
Strong planning, programming, machining, and inspection skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexible and adaptable—comfortable working on various parts, machines, and materials
Proficient with GD&T, inspection processes, and ISO 9001/AS environments
A positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation and Benefits:
$45 – $60 per hour (Based on Relative Experience)
4-day work week
