Pacific Resources Group is growing financial settlement company based in Orange County, California. We specialize in the hands-on management of negotiating business disputes/debts, giving our clients the personal assistance they need to get through the settlement process, thus allowing them to gain financial stability.

ABOUT THE POSITION: Client Services Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter and quick learner to join our team of experts who can navigate various issues to completion without creating additional stress for the client. Ideal candidate will be customer focused and a detailed oriented problem solver.

Must be able to thoroughly understand and clearly articulate PRG's role in the dispute resolution process and the value our services provide.

Skills: Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), internet/intranet, DocuSign, basic web applications; have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational and time management skills. Being able to calmly handle an extremely fast-paced and high volume work environment is key. Must be able to speak articulately and confidently with clients and opposing party. You cannot be afraid to ask questions, ask for information and ask for help!

Must be able to go with the ebbs and flows of a very dynamic company.

Duties include but are not limited to: direct support to the Claims Manager, customer service, data entry, onboarding clients; meticulous record keeping of client/staff transactions/interactions; maintaining PRG and court calendars; submitting offers and assuring collections are up to date; following up with clients in a professional & timely manner; provide sales staff and back-office support.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
