We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to work out of our Santa Ana office. This will be a full-time position, Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (flexible).
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
Working with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
Provides limited clerical and administrative support to department such as answering phones, preparing paperwork and maintaining files.
Daily processing of purchase orders
Reviewing inventory levels
Updating and maintaining vendor pricing
New item set-up
Updating weekly reports
AP Invoice Processing
