Job Summary
The CEO of an emerging leader in the debt relief industry needs a right-hand helper to follow through with basic tasks including:
Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Update Sales Leaderboards
- Assist with payroll/calculating agents' commissions
- Perform routine customer service like follow-up calls on active accounts
- Perform back & fourth communication with sales team & leaders through email & chat system
- Set up times & collect resumes for new job applicants.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel)
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in event planning is desirable
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
