Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the President & CEO. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a wide range of time-sensitive tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and priorities
Coordinate communications and maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters
Track projects and ensure timely follow-up across multiple business initiatives
Support personal and family scheduling and logistics
Serve as liaison with executives, vendors, and partners
Maintain flexibility and availability to handle urgent or time-consuming tasks
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-level or senior executives
Proven ability to handle a fast-paced, demanding workload
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong discretion, judgment, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
