PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE JOB POSTING BEFORE APPLYING
You’d be surprised how many people just click, apply, and send without following instructions. That’s the fastest way to get your application deleted. There are specific requirements you must include in your reply — and you won’t know what they are unless you read the whole post. We know how it goes — you see a job title, get excited, smash the “Apply” button, attach a random file you think is your resume, and call it a day. But like I said that’s the fastest way to land in the “NOPE!” pile.
Here’s the thing: most people still won’t read, and some will even say they’re interested without attaching a resume. Don’t be that person. Show us you can follow directions — it’s your first test.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re a small company of 10 so we are looking for 1-2 new family members who can fit in and argue with us! lol! No, but for real… we are looking for someone to help out our processing team. This person would be the fifth person in our processing department. Most of your day would likely be doing welcome calls to our new clients, as well as giving status updates to existing clients, collecting and organizing documents we need to submit to their mortgage company, notating files, and some other office/admin duties we need around the office such as printing envelopes for our advertising & marketing, making post office runs, organizing and stacking boxes of paper and envelopes when delivered, maybe running personal errands for me at times, making Costco and Starbucks runs, picking up lunch for the office sometimes, making alcoholic drinks for the office, finding out what the other gossip is in the offices next to us, being the tie-breaker in office arguments and votes, etc.
