We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact to clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Position: Front Desk Associate

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Position Type: Onsite

Job Duties

Be the welcoming face of our company by greeting and directing visitors and clients with exceptional courtesy to the appropriate areas, leaving a lasting positive impression.

Maintain security by monitoring front desk access.

Handle various clerical tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence, to support our daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries with utmost professionalism.

Perform banking duties as required, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and confidentially, maintaining the trust of our clients.

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required

Qualifications

Proficiency in handling phone systems with a professional demeanor is essential to manage calls efficiently and courteously.

Strong computer skills: Supporting the daily operations seamlessly.
