We are seeking a bilingual, reliable, and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our small office in Tustin, CA. This role requires basic administrative experience and the ability to handle various office tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Data entry and management using Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc
General administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Basic administrative experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Computer savvy
Excellent communication skills
Reliable and punctual
