The Future of Real Estate (FRE.com) is a 40-year-old real estate auction company with properties to sell for clients across the USA and Canada. An auction is not a panacea but it is a great way to sell commercial and residential real estate in a variety of markets, and especially in the current unstable economy. We are looking for more auction managers to run those auctions.
Real estate experience is expected, along with a real estate license.
An auction manager builds out the property web page, gathers information and collaborates with sellers and brokers, participates with the marketing team to design the advertising plan, launches the auction and then engages with prospective buyers and helps them with bidding.
Key Qualities: A good auction manager must communicate well, speak eloquently and write expressively. They must be extremely organized, detail-orientated, meet deadlines and have strong computer skills. Successful applicants will be confident and proactive problem solvers.
