We are a family owned and operated flower wholesale looking to expand our awesome team at our location based out of Santa Ana, CA. (92705) We are looking for committed, responsible, dedicated, and team-oriented individuals who have a passion for learning and creating great customer relations within a company who is committed to quality and service for our customers. We currently have part-time positions (possible full-time hours) depending on experience. Floral knowledge and experience a plus, but not required as we do all training in house. Customer Service/ Warehouse Role:
As a Warehouse/Customer Service Rep, you will play a vital role in our day to operations, assisting the team to ensure quality of florals within the warehouse and provide best possible service to our customers on a day-to-day basis. As a warehouse & counter rep helping us ensure our company reflects our values and mission alongside the great customer service and the quality of floral that our customers and business deserve, is of most importance to us. This includes, but not limited to, checkouts, processing floral, floral quality check, quality control, basic warehouse maintenance, customer service on phones and in person, all while working in a joint team effort. We are looking for team members who possesses an “all-in” attitude and an ability to express great customer service and work well with co-workers in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
Must be available to work Saturdays if needed.
Willingness to work a shift that includes all major flower holidays.
Valid Class driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to work in large, walk-in refrigerators.
Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, pick up flower buckets, and walk for the duration of your shift (less applicable break periods).
Adhere to the OCWF policies and customs.
All else will be trained for in store by working closely with leads and team members.
