We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant to work directly under the Business Development

Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, qualifying leads,

researching data insights, and managing lead contact. This role requires a high focus on developing

creative content for email campaigns aimed at generating online meetings with qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Research data insights and key decision-makers.

Manage lead contact and maintain comprehensive lead databases.

Respond promptly to emails and inquiries.

Perform various administrative duties.

Develop creative content for email campaigns using HubSpot and Constant Contact.

Ensure all communications align with our mission, branding, and goals.

Draft license agreements, proposals, and presentations.

Travel as needed to conventions and business meetings.

Collaborate with the team to support and share learnings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to think outside the box and create engaging content.

Keen eye for detail in all tasks.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Experience working with HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar tools is a must.

The right candidate will be receptive to constructive feedback, eager to learn and grow,

demonstrate a willingness to collaborate and support peers, and possess the ability to adapt and think creatively

when faced with challenges. This candidate will have an enthusiastic, energetic, and fun personality while being confident and professional. Additionally, they should be proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
