$150K+ Realistic First-Year Earning Potential – Weekly Pay + Tiered Commissions
We are a rapidly growing debt resolution company headquartered in Irvine, CA, actively expanding our inside sales team. We’re looking for proven phone closers who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Position: Full-Time, In-Office (No remote or hybrid)
Location: Irvine, CA (92618)
Compensation: Aggressive tiered commission structure + bonuses
Pay Frequency: Paid WEEKLY (every Friday)
Training: Paid training provided
What You’ll Do:
Inbound & outbound warm leads (no cold calling required)
Consult with clients who are struggling with unsecured debt
Present customized debt settlement solutions and close sales over the phone
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements – You MUST Have:
1+ years of HIGH-VOLUME phone sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
Tax resolution / tax relief
Debt settlement / debt relief
Student loan forgiveness or consolidation
Mortgage / timeshare relief
Merchant cash advance / business lending
Solar, home improvement, or other big-ticket phone sales
Proven track record of closing deals over the phone ($10K+ monthly commissions preferred)
Ability to work in-office 5 days a week (Mon–Fri, some Saturday shifts may be required)
Strong objection-handling and rebuttal skills
Money-motivated mindset and coachable attitude
