We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Used Vehicle Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the perfect used vehicle that meets their needs and budget.
Answer Sales Leads on CRM platforms
Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge to potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Collaborate with management to improve overall dealership performance.
Requirements:
English and Spanish is a plus
Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for cars and a willingness to learn about the latest automotive technologies.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Valid California driver's license
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
