Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Collect and input detailed information into our system.
Screen potential clients to assess their needs and eligibility for our services.
Schedule consultations and follow up with clients as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Collaborate with our legal and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in data entry and comfortable using CRM software.
Previous experience in customer service, intake, or a related field is a plus.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
