We are a small business looking for a reliable, Full-Time administrative assistant including customer service and inbound & outbound sales for Wholesale Clothing and Footwear.
Must be punctual and reliable. Office hours are from 8:30 am to 5 pm Mon-Friday. Half-hour lunch.

Follow-Up Skills with Clients is essential!
Computer Savvy and a quick learner.
Responsible for handling all communication via phone and email.
Good Phone etiquette.
Enter data for custom orders.
Answer / Reply to Emails & Phone Calls
Input orders in QuickBooks
Filing paperwork
Data Entry
Mailing out catalog envelopes
Assisting with any miscellaneous tasks

Excellent phone etiquette
Must be self-motivated & able to multi-task
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office: Word & Excel
Must be able to read and write English. Spanish is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the work.
Bilingual a plus
