Quantum Auto Sales is one of Orange County’s fastest-growing independent dealerships — 3 rooftops strong, moving 200+ units per month. We’re looking for a proven automotive sales manager who knows how to lead, close, and drive volume.
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a high-energy sales team.
Structure deals that maximize front-end and back-end gross.
Oversee daily desking, inventory management, and customer follow-up.
Set monthly goals and accountability metrics.
Maintain top-tier CSI and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience (independent or franchise).
Strong finance and subprime experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Must thrive in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.
Compensation:
Base salary + aggressive commission & bonuses.
