I’m looking for a happy, positive, hard-working A tech / mechanic to do everything from diagnosis to R&R, (AC, alignment, check charging systems, coolant leak diags, electrical etc. )
I got some other guys to do the nasty work like pulling a tranny and engine out.
Over the top commission ($50 per flag hour) with a huge kicker for a smog tech who doesn’t mind working Saturday.
More commission than he’ll get anywhere else in the county. Very busy shop. Learn and earn from the other 3 master techs. Medical and dental, 80 hours (2 weeks) vacation + sick days , holiday pay. This is a clean, organized and efficient shop with incredible systems and equipment. Middle class demographic. 60 flag hours will earn you about $3,000 week. ($1,500 per week guarantee) 8 to 5:15. Work with the funnest team ever. All work distributed fairly.
The best part about this is, you’re gonna be working with only Master Technicians which means you’re not gonna have to babysit hack B-Techs or lend tools. You’re also not gonna have to sit on your ass while a B-Tech gets all the gravy work. Everybody makes the same amount of money so there’s no benefit for a service advisor to dispatch jobs to one tech versus the other. And we’re so busy anyways, there’s always hours. The average tech at my shop makes $150,000 an hour and I have their W-2s to prove it.
The best part is you’ll also be able to get other points of you if you’re having trouble with a diagnosis. And you learn a lot more by working with good Master Technicians than by being the top tech. Two of these technicians at the shop are the smartest guys you’ll ever meet and you’ll learn so much by working with them. They’re always happy to help out.
