Job Description:
Unclog mainline and all plumbings like replacement of toilet, kitchen sink, vanity sink, and bathtubs. Additionally, other general maintenance duties may be assigned include painting, patching, drywall, exterior stucco, carpentry, flooring, and electrical.
Minimum three years of experiences. Salary will be $25-35/hr depending on experience. We have a full time position. We are looking for a dedicated individual who has a passion in plumbing and general maintenance. Benefits include two weeks paid vacation, five days sick leave, mileage reimbursement, and major holiday paid for permanent (W2) employee.
