911 restoration of OC with consistent work looking for our next hire.
Restoration Technician with hands-on plumbing experience, including leak detection, pipe repairs, and water damage mitigation including mold remediation.
Work will be combined out of all services the company offers therefore some days will have more plumbing work and some more restoration work.
Our company provides work van fully equipped with gas card and tools.
Looking for a full time employee with over time and variety of bonus options option.
35$-45an hour + bonuses hourly rate will be determined depending on skill level and experience
Responsibilities:
Perform water, mold, and sewage damage mitigation services
Identify sources of water loss, including plumbing failures
Perform emergency water shut-offs and temporary plumbing repairs
Assist with pipe repairs, fixture removal, and minor plumbing work
Set up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, containment)
Monitor moisture levels and document job progress
Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Communicate professionally with customers, plumbers, and project managers
Follow all safety, company, and industry standards (IICRC)
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in restoration preferred
Plumbing experience required (leaks, pipes, fixtures, drains)
Ability to identify plumbing-related water damage causes
IICRC certifications a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
On-call availability for emergency response (rotational)
