Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Shop Foreman. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for supervising the shop floor operations, overseeing the production of custom displays and fabrications, managing and maintaining equipment, coordinating with team members and clients, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
Experience in working with shop equipment
Carpentry and Maintenance skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in the custom displays or construction industry is a plus
Relevant certifications or training in carpentry or related fields is a plus
