Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Listen, follow directions, and work independently while being safe, hard-working, and skilled at the task at hand.
2. Continue to learn and master the task at hand to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
3. Must be able to work and travel to/from San Diego.
Physical Demands:
Working conditions include restricted and repetitive movement, dirty environment, extreme temperatures, lifting or carrying heavy objects, continuous bending and kneeling, standing for long periods of time, subject to extreme noise.

1. Form setting
2. Shoveling concrete
3. Tying rebar
4. Demolishing concrete
5. Drilling holes in concrete for rebar dowels
6. Compacting and compacting
7. Wheelbarrowing material
8. General clean-up
9. Sawcutting concrete
10. Loading and unloading trucks and equipment
Qualifications:
Mid-level experience in construction or related field
GED or equivalent education level
Ability to perform physical tasks under various conditions
Strong attention to detail and work safety
